While we strive for accuracy, Menu Eat does not guarantee that any listing is complete, up-to-date, or accurate. Restaurant owners may claim and manage their listings by registering with us and providing proof of ownership.

Menu Eat is not responsible for:

• Inaccuracies in menus, pricing, hours of operation, or restaurant policies.

• Transactions or disputes that occur outside the Platform.

5. Business Listings & Promotions

Restaurants listed on Menu Eat may choose to participate in promotional programs, sponsored placements, or advertising packages. These may be subject to additional agreements and pricing plans, which are governed separately.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Attempt to access data or systems without authorization.

• Scrape, crawl, or copy data for commercial use.

• Interfere with other users’ experience.

• Impersonate another person or entity.

• Use the Platform for illegal or harmful activities.

Violations may result in account termination or legal action.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property on the Platform — including our name, logo, brand design, original content, and technology — is the exclusive property of Menu Eat, Inc., protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

10. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability under these Terms shall not exceed USD $100 or the amount you paid us in the past 12 months, whichever is greater.

12. Termination
